Let’s talk about money

Creating a safe space to talk about money

and walk into financial healing.

Have you ever felt ashamed, overwhelmed, or even frustrated when it comes to money? Money and our mental health are interconnected. Our lived experiences deeply impact how we view ourselves and the world. Did you know that 42% of U.S. adults say money is negatively impacting their mental health? Contributing factors of this impact include the racial wealth gap, the gender pay gap, systemic racism, and more. I believe in order to build a thriving life, we must have a healthy relationship with ourselves, the world and money. But how do we do this well is the question.

Let’s explore what it looks like to create a money plan that promotes healing and freedom while considering how buying power impacts others. It’s time to overcome limiting beliefs. It’s time we stop associating our worth, value, and identity based on how much money we have or don’t have. We are mighty, beautiful, and smart humans who have everything we need inside to live abundant thriving lives. Let’s connect with all of who we are, in partnership with God.

What will WE discuss?

We will hold space to imagine and dream together as we pursue these 3 objectives:

  1. Identify the lies we’ve believed about money and learn how to re-frame our thoughts and beliefs.

2. Create a joy and meaning list that is rooted in our values.

3. Design a healing money plan and budget that reflects each of us authentically.

It’s for anyone who wants to begin a money healing journey that is rooted out of their authentic self and what brings them joy and meaning.

An important note:

As a Latina creative entrepreneur who grew up low income and was even low income for most of my adult life, I’ll be sharing how I had to grieve, repent, and dismantle assimilating (assuming whiteness) in order to be “successful” and what it looks like to heal, build healthy mindsets around money, and more. My faith is also a big center point of my story, and how I live my life for our collective thriving. I will be sharing from this perspective. While this workshop mentions faith and God, it’s not a requirement to believe what I believe in order for you to start your own money healing journey. I deeply value mutuality and believe there will be plenty of takeaways to implement into your own life.

I will also be acknowledging systems of oppression, so I ask that internal work has been done to be aware of how these systems have greatly impacted BIPOC people (black, indigenous, people of color). This will be a safe place for BIPOC individuals to share their lived experiences with money, and for their voices to be centered. All are welcome.

Thank you for trusting me to have vulnerable conversations with money.

SLIDING SCALE Pricing

I believe in creating equitable opportunities for everyone to have access to these kind of workshops. I have created a sliding scale payment option that reflects various price points. I’m testing this pricing out, and hope to find a pricing model that reflects my values when it comes to equity and inclusion. I want this to be a space where all are welcomed and at the table. Thanks for being on this journey with me!
