Let’s talk about money
Creating a safe space to talk about money
and walk into financial healing.
Have you ever felt ashamed, overwhelmed, or even frustrated when it comes to money? Money and our mental health are interconnected. Our lived experiences deeply impact how we view ourselves and the world. Did you know that 42% of U.S. adults say money is negatively impacting their mental health? Contributing factors of this impact include the racial wealth gap, the gender pay gap, systemic racism, and more. I believe in order to build a thriving life, we must have a healthy relationship with ourselves, the world and money. But how do we do this well is the question.
Let’s explore what it looks like to create a money plan that promotes healing and freedom while considering how buying power impacts others. It’s time to overcome limiting beliefs. It’s time we stop associating our worth, value, and identity based on how much money we have or don’t have. We are mighty, beautiful, and smart humans who have everything we need inside to live abundant thriving lives. Let’s connect with all of who we are, in partnership with God.
What will WE discuss?
We will hold space to imagine and dream together as we pursue these 3 objectives:
Identify the lies we’ve believed about money and learn how to re-frame our thoughts and beliefs.
2. Create a joy and meaning list that is rooted in our values.
3. Design a healing money plan and budget that reflects each of us authentically.
